Complete your first task
Goal: produce a checklist you can verify and learn to submit, follow up, stop and read history. Complete installation and sign-in first.
Create a workspace
Add or select a folder in the workspace area on the left, preferably a dedicated test folder. Start a conversation and check the workspace above the input. It defines the project location for file tasks.
Describe one concrete task
Choose the Office Documents employee or another appropriate role. Include the background, goal and output format. Copy this example to try it:
请把以下会议记录整理成待办清单。
背景:周五需要交付产品介绍页。
记录:小林负责文案,周三完成;小陈负责配图,周四完成;我周五验收。
输出:用表格列出任务、负责人、截止时间和待确认事项。
不要编造记录中没有的信息,也不要修改本地文件。Review the process and result
Watch the work process and response. The model may use tools or return text only. Before approving an operation, check the affected files, scope and action.
Success means the response includes the three tasks, their owners and deadlines without presenting missing information as fact. Verify the actual deliverable even when the task says it is complete.
Revise or stop
Follow up in the same conversation to sort deadlines while preserving owners. Start a new conversation for unrelated work so projects do not share irrelevant history.
Use the task stop button to interrupt execution. Stopping cannot undo files already written or external actions already performed, and does not cancel model usage already incurred.
Reopen the result
Open the conversation from the history list and confirm the response remains readable. For an actual file, specify its format and location, then check the file card or workspace file. A filename in a response is not proof that a file exists.
Next, learn about workspaces and conversations, or add reference materials to a knowledge base.
